Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, business, delivery location, area of interest and project details. Please do not include payment card information, passwords or sensitive personal information. We use these details to respond, assess your request and manage related project discussions. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Form delivery and hosting

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our inquiry mailbox. On submission you may visit FormSubmit to complete spam protection, which can involve Google's reCAPTCHA. Their services process submission data and technical information under their own notices. See FormSubmit's privacy terms and Google's privacy policy. FormSubmit states that submission archives are retained for 30 days; our mailbox records may be retained for the inquiry or project as described below.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting, security and email providers may process connection details such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect their services. Information may be processed outside your country.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising pixels, a newsletter tracker or a marketing analytics script to these pages. Hosting and form security services may use cookies or similar technology for their own operation. Fonts and website images are served with the site.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, carry out an agreed project and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. Relevant details may be shared with service providers or project partners where needed to answer or fulfil your request, or where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or object to particular uses. The rights available depend on your location and applicable law. We may need to verify your request and retain records where legally required. You can also email us directly instead of using the form.
